The short version: The BellPath apps you buy collect nothing — your data stays on your device. This website uses standard analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and the Meta/Facebook Pixel) to understand traffic and run ads, and our payment processors handle purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we are

This website (bellpathos.com and related domains, including bellpathbydsb.click) and the BellPathâ„¢ products are operated by BellPath by DSB, LLC ("BellPath," "DSB," "we," "us"). You can reach us at darrell@bellpathbydsb.com.

The important distinction: the apps vs. this website

The BellPath apps (the products you purchase) do not collect, transmit, or share your personal data. They run entirely on your device. Anything you enter — portfolios, debts, hours, pay, grievance details, notes — is stored locally in your own browser/device storage and is never sent to us or anyone else. There is no account, no login, no cloud sync, no analytics, and no advertising inside the apps. If you clear your browser data or remove the app, that information is gone. We never see it.

This website is different. Like most online stores, it uses analytics and advertising tools and works with payment processors, described below.

What this website collects

• Analytics (Google Analytics 4). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general device/browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address. This uses cookies and similar technologies. It helps us improve the site. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Advertising (Meta/Facebook Pixel). We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our ads and to show relevant ads to visitors on Facebook and Instagram (including retargeting). This may share certain information about your visit and actions with Meta. See Meta's policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
• Purchases (payment processors). When you buy, checkout is handled by third-party processors such as Stripe (and, where offered, PayPal or Payhip). • Server/hosting logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request data) for security and reliability.

How we use information

To operate and improve the website, to process and deliver purchases, to measure and run advertising, and to protect against fraud and abuse. We do not use any in-app data, because we don't receive any.

• EU/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. Our legal bases are your consent (for analytics/advertising cookies), performance of a contract (to complete purchases), and our legitimate interests (site security and improvement).

Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. Purchase and tax records are kept by our payment processors and by us only as long as needed for legal, accounting, and support purposes. We hold no app data, so there is nothing for us to retain from the products themselves.

International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

Children's privacy

Our website and products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the effective date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here.
